Therapeutic Massage - Types and Descriptions

Shiatsu
Based on Chinese acupuncture and acupressure points, Shiatsu uses pressure to stimulate and free energy patterns within the body. The benefits of Shiatsu include better peace of mind and body as well as great tension relief.

Deep Tissue
The massage is based on the process of working through the superficial layers of the body's tissue to affect the sub-layers of muscles and tissue. The benefit of Deep Tissue massage is to relieve chronic muscular pain.

Sports Massage
This type of massage is designed to reduce injuries, and alleviate inflammation before, during and after training for professional and amateur athletes.

Reflexology
Based on slow stroke movements this massage is designed to give many benefits. It is relaxing, relieves stress and tension and ultimately revitalizes the body.

Properties: A natural aromatic seaweed bath rich with the goodness of three different seaweeds: Laminaria Digita, Fucus Vasiculosus and Spirulina Maxima. A crisp green bath rich in:
